Explore the possibilities of seaweed in cooking!
The Northern Company is happy to invite you to two hours of theory and application, and some delicious samples. They’ll introduce the most important types of seaweed in Norway, and exchange their experiences with harvesting and cooking seaweed alongside seasonal ingredients like vegetables and mushrooms.

At the workshop you’ll learn how to make a few simple, yet tasty dishes that you can easily prepare at home.

The workshop will be led by Zoe Christiansen from The Northern Company.
